1. Service Description

RoboPages provides AI-powered landing page design and development services. Our services include:

• AI-generated landing page design
• AI-assisted copywriting
• AI-generated images and visuals
• Responsive web development
• Hosting for 1 year
• SSL certificate
• Optional top-level domain setup
• Full source code and images

2. Order Process

The order process consists of the following steps:

1. Designer: Customer describes their vision and generates a landing page design using our AI-powered designer tool.
2. Effort Estimate: AI analyzes the design and automatically calculates the appropriate price tier (€129, €249, or €399).
3. Additional Information: Customer provides additional requirements, notes, and reference files.
4. Payment: Customer completes secure payment through Stripe.
5. Meeting with Developer: Customer meets with developer to discuss details and finalize requirements.
6. Delivery: Fully hosted website delivered within 2-5 business days.

3. Pricing and Payment

We offer three pricing tiers:

• AI Starter Landing: €129
• AI Business Landing: €249
• AI Premium Landing: €399

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed in full before development begins. We accept payments through Stripe.

4. Delivery Timeline

We commit to delivering your fully hosted website within 2-5 business days after the developer meeting and final confirmation of requirements. Delivery time may vary based on project complexity and customer responsiveness during the development process.

5. What's Included

All packages include:

• Full source code and images
• Hosting for 1 year
• SSL certificate
• Optional top-level domain (if provided by customer)

If no domain is provided, we will host the website on a subdomain.

6. Technical Boundaries

Our services are limited to static landing pages. The following are not included:

• Backend systems
• Databases
• Admin panels
• User accounts

Our services include:

• Static landing pages
• PHP contact form (email only)
• Works on shared hosting (cPanel)
• Fast deployment (2–5 days)

7. Revisions and Changes

Minor revisions and adjustments are included during the development process. Significant changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges. All revision requests must be submitted within the development timeline.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the customer receives ownership of the delivered source code and images. The customer grants RoboPages the right to use the completed project for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are only available if:

• We fail to deliver the service within the agreed timeline (2-5 business days) and the delay is not caused by the customer
• We are unable to complete the project due to technical limitations that were not disclosed upfront

No refunds will be issued for completed projects or if the customer changes their mind after development has begun.

10. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during the order process
• Responding promptly to developer inquiries and feedback requests
• Providing domain access credentials if using an existing domain
• Ensuring all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights

11. Hosting and Domain

We provide hosting for 1 year from the delivery date. After this period, the customer may choose to:

• Renew hosting with us (additional fees apply)
• Transfer the website to their own hosting

If the customer provides a domain, they are responsible for domain renewal fees. We are not responsible for domain expiration or related issues.

12. Limitation of Liability

RoboPages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

13. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Customer data is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and is not shared with third parties except as necessary for service delivery (e.g., payment processing through Stripe).

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
